Measure 275g of organic wheat seeds for each tray. |

Wash the seeds and then place them in a container filled with water 12 hours in summer or 24 hours in winter. |

Drain the seeds after soaking and rinse well. Let them sprout for 12 hours in summer or 24 hours in winter. |

Put paper in bottom of tray. |

Place top-quality organic soil (with NO animal manure) to even depth of 25-50mm. |

Distribute seeds evenly over the soil one layer thick, ensuring that they touch one another. |

Soak seeds and soil thoroughly with water. |
|
|
8 |
Set tray aside in a dark place (at 20C-30C for 2-3 days). |

9 |
Uncover and water the tray. Set it out in indirect light. |
|
|
10 |
Water every day or every two days, depending on the weather. |
|
|
11 |
Harvest when mature (15-24cm tall). |
|
|
12 |
Plant new tray every five days or so |
